Returns & Refunds
Because our products are made in small batches, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This ensures that every product that reaches you is freshly made, properly handled, and never previously opened.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery at contact.earthhium@gmail.com with a photograph and your order details. We'll make it right.
Please Note
We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances other than damaged or defective products.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Allergy Disclaimer
All Earthhium products are made with naturally derived ingredients, essential oils, fragrance oils, botanical extracts, and other active compounds. While we take every care to use skin-safe ingredients, individual reactions can vary.
If you have known allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions — please read the full ingredient list on each product page carefully before purchasing or using.
We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any new product: apply a small amount to the inner wrist or elbow, leave for 24 hours, and check for any reaction before full use.
Earthhium is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from failure to read ingredient lists or perform a patch test. If irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist or medical professional.
Patch test recommended for all products. Especially important for sensitive skin, pregnant women, and children.
Shipping & Delivery
We dispatch orders within 3–5 working days of confirmation. If your ordered products are in stock, dispatch may happen sooner.
Delivery typically takes 7–10 working days depending on your location.
Occasionally, factors beyond our control may cause delays. We'll always keep you informed.
Festive Season
During peak festive periods — Diwali, Christmas, and other high-volume seasons — dispatch and delivery timelines may be extended. We recommend placing orders at least 2–3 weeks in advance for time-sensitive gifting. We'll communicate any delays proactively.
