Bulk Orders
Whether you're stocking up for yourself, buying for a group, or ordering across multiple products — Earthhium has a simple, transparent bulk order structure. No complicated process. Just good products at better value when you buy more.
How Bulk Pricing Works
We use a simple tiered system based on quantity per item:
1–5 units
Regular retail price. Standard checkout. No minimum, no fuss.
6–9 units
10% discount automatically applied at checkout with bulk code, or noted on enquiry. Same products, better value.
10+ units
Full bulk order process. 15% discount applied. Contact form required. Lead time 7–14 working days. MOQ 10 units per item.
10+ units with Customisation
MOQ 10 units per item. Custom fragrance, branding, or packaging available. Lead time 3–4 weeks. Separate customisation enquiry required.
Bulk discounts apply per item, per order. Mixed product orders count per SKU, not total order value.
What Counts as a Bulk Order
Ordering 5 of the same gift box? That's a standard retail order — checkout as normal.
Ordering 6–9 of the same product or gift box? Use your bulk code at checkout for 10% off.
Ordering 10 or more of any single item? Use the bulk enquiry form below. We'll confirm availability, pricing, and lead time within 24 hours.
Shipping & Logistics for Bulk Orders
Carton Packing
All bulk orders are packed in export-quality cartons with appropriate cushioning, tape, and protective materials. Carton packing charges are billed separately and are not included in the product price. Charges depend on order size and number of cartons required — confirmed at the time of order.
Courier / Shipping
Bulk order shipping is to be organised and paid for by the purchasing party. We will provide packed, labelled cartons ready for pickup or handover to your nominated courier partner.
We are happy to recommend courier partners if needed — however, all shipping arrangements, costs, and coordination are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please factor carton packing charges and courier costs into your order planning. These will be communicated clearly before your order is confirmed.
Payment Terms
Regular Bulk — 6–9 Units
Full payment at checkout. Standard payment process applies.
Bulk Orders — 10+ Units
70% advance payment required on order confirmation. Remaining 30% to be paid before dispatch. Production begins only after advance payment is received.
Customised Bulk Orders — 10+ Units with Customisation
100% payment in advance before production begins. No exceptions. This applies to all orders with custom fragrance, colour, formulation, or branding.
Corporate Gifting Orders
70% advance on order confirmation. Remaining 30% before shipping. For large corporate orders, payment terms may be discussed on a case-by-case basis — reach out via the enquiry form.
All payments are non-refundable once production has commenced. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
