The following guidelines must be observed before using Earthhium products:
Our products contain essential oils from naturally derived ingredients such as nuts, seeds, plants and fruits. If you have any allergies please read the product label carefully. Though all ingredients are derived from natural sources, on rare occasions they might cause irritation or sensitivity to the skin.
We recommend that you perform a patch test to ensure there is no reaction or sensitivity. Please discontinue using the product if irritation or any form of sensitivity occurs.
Products and advice by Earthhium make no claim to cure or prevent any disease or medical problem and is not intended to substitute other therapy or medical advice.
In the case of pregnancy please consult with your health care professional.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Returns
We at Eartthium know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time.
We use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.
- On confirming the order, the product will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.
- Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you within 5-7 working days.
- Delivery might be affected due to unmanageable/out of control circumstances.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs.1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
1. No Returns or Exchanges:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and integrity of our merchandise.
2. Quality Assurance:
- We thoroughly inspect all products before shipping to ensure that they meet our quality standards. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please refer to our "Damaged or Defective Products" section below.
3. Damaged or Defective Products:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or a refund.

5. Exceptions:
- Some items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or personalized items, may be exempt from this no return policy. Any exceptions will be clearly communicated on the product page at the time of purchase.

- If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been processed.
