Our products contain essential oils from naturally derived ingredients such as nuts, seeds, plants and fruits. If you have any allergies please read the product label carefully. We recommend that you perform a patch test to ensure there is no reaction or sensitivity. Please discontinue using the product if irritation or any form of sensitivity occurs.

Shipping & Returns
We at Eartthium know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time.
We use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.
- On confirming the order, the product will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.
- Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you within 5-7 working days.
- Delivery might be affected due to unmanageable/out of control circumstances.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs.1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
